Zero Tolerance for Drugs and Alcohol
PT. Fabila Teknik Sejahtera upholds a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drug abuse in any form, regardless of the circumstances. Maintaining a safe, productive, and responsible work environment is a fundamental priority in all our operations.

- The use, possession, or influence of alcohol and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited during working hours. These substances pose serious safety risks and will not be tolerated in any capacity while employees are on duty.
- Prescription and over-the-counter medications that may impair cognitive or physical performance must be used with caution. Employees are required to consult their physician or review medication guidelines for any potential work-related risks.
- Employees must inform their immediate supervisor if they are taking any medication that could affect their ability to perform their duties safely. Proper precautions will be implemented to mitigate risks.
